History

Executive Director and Founder- I am responsible for establishing
and directing the foundation’s goals to provide children’s social
services to the community. I supervise staff and volunteers, manage
budget, coordinate program progress to the Board of Directors, and
develop office procedures. In addition, I am the Superintendent of
Children Reaching for the Sky Charter School, K-5th grade.

managed and administered federal and state community program funds and
determined applicants/clients social services benefit entitlements.

Industrial Engineer and Cost Account Manager- I managed the Industrial
Engineering Department $3 million dollar budget and supervised shop

Management Engineering Consultant- As a consultant, I removed
operation deficiencies and developed standards by analyzing federal
government agencies and operation processes.
U.S. Army Electronic Providing Grounds 1975-1977
TECOM Division, Washington D.C.
Electronic Technician- I tested, adjusted, and maintained
Cryptographic Communication Equipment for the U.S. Army. The results
were used to evaluate Federal Contractor’s performances and award
contracts.
