What is CACFP
What is the purpose of CCFP?

The goal of the Child Care Food Program is to improve and maintain the health and nutritional status of children in child care homes, while promoting the development of good eating habits.

The Griffin Foundation mails monthly cash reimbursements to day care providers that serve nutritious meals to the children in their care. Payment for reimbursement is based on the number of meals and/or snacks served to enrolled children (and to the provider’s own children if they meet the CCFP eligibility guidelines).

If you believe you are eligible, contact our office. A Griffin Foundation representative will answer any questions you have, provide you with assistance, arrange an in-home training, or mail you a start-up kit.
